Durability and Performance for EA113 HPFP

The engine family "EA113" 2.0TFSI(VW GTI MK5/MK6 GOLF R and Scirocco R/Audi A3 and S3/TT MK2/A4 B7 and A6.....fuel pump cam follower design a flat face type, overloaded when high RPM and increases friction that surface rapid wear camshaft and follower even low mileage engines treated with more that frequent oil service still experience this problem.

The original factory follower(right side),replacing the flat face follower with a roll⋯⋯er follower(left side),so.....this upgrade kit designed to provide durability solution to follower also maintenance free.

原廠官方數據184hp/40.0kgm,在底盤馬力測試機的測試下測得原廠輸出輪上馬力如下
原廠輪上馬力144.9bhp/305NM(輪上實際輸出值)
TTI Stage 1第一階段程式173.5bhp/363NM(輪上實際輸出值)
輪上馬力增加28.6bhp/扭力增加58NM 約5.9 公斤-米(1NM=0.102 kgf-m)
測試條件如下:
2015年 iX35 CRDi  前輪驅動款;燃料:柴油 / 進氣:原廠 / 排氣:原廠 /
前輪驅動自排變速箱第5檔測試,該變速箱強制降檔機制於2000rpm後才可漸進油門到底,扭力峰值出現點有別於官方參數。
所有電器設備為關閉狀態(如空調/燈類)

提高增壓壓力0.15 bar
採用噴射時間預先編程修正,提高渦輪增壓值後所需之燃油供應比例

加速測試成績揭曉,這輛Mercedes Benz A250由EVOTECH Motorsport 以95汽油為基礎並且全車原廠排氣與原廠進氣系統達成輪上馬力197whp(原廠測試值173whp),加速成績如下:0-100km/h 5.6sec, 100-200 km/h為17.3sec,中段加速80-150km/h 7.5sec
BMW X1 20i搭載2.0-N20渦輪引擎,原廠官方公佈184hp,測試後為155bhp輪上馬力,該車目前為EVOTECH stage 2程式並換裝全段SPOWER排氣後測得239bhp,提升84匹輪上馬力。

2014/2015款式Hyundai SantaFe 2.2CRDi Tuning project by TTi Motorsports 因本廠馬力機只有對應2WD驅動馬力測試機,為了得到完整的數據,安排在台北HKS的Dynojet馬力測試機測試四輪傳動實際輪上馬力輸出值,原廠程式測出179hp輪上馬力後,接著寫入TTi Stage 1 再次測試,在多次的反覆測試後提升30hp輪上馬力!!!測試環境均溫都在34度下測試,30hp輪上馬力輸出已經完成第一階段,對於耐久性與節能皆有其均衡的表現,下一階段會進行排氣管全段規劃,目前與SPOWER 共同規劃下訂製具有汽油引擎般聲浪特性的排氣管全段,屆時再測試下一階段的動力輸出與程式修正升級~~~未完待續
